What differentiates Namely from other similar products?
It has a wide range of features and is highly adaptable. Tracking HR data has never been easier than with this system's reporting and analytics features. It works nicely with our applicant tracking system (ATS), allowing for complete data capture and transfer during the hiring process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Namely's newsfeed part was fantastic for keeping remote workers interested in their work. We also liked that when problems arose, we could pretend to be an employee to assist fix them. I like how straightforward it is for workers to communicate with one another and with customers via the site.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration with the platform initially takes more time than expected, particularly when assigning permissions to various groups within an organization. After you learn how to adjust the settings and make it visible, it becomes second nature.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It facilitates the centralization of HR administration. Our company has benefited from the harmonization of performance management, goal-setting, and the automation of other activities related to pay raises and promotions.
