What differentiates Namely from other similar products?

Namely is all-inclusive. From worker onboarding through leave, and all in middle. It's a practical, sociable, and interesting service that actually keeps your staff interested. The structure of the performance evaluation is extremely configurable; it works for worldwide and multi-office sites; it has file feeds that are compatible with important suppliers; and it has strong compliance tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Specifically, it enables us to digitize many of our present manual procedures and to utilize a single HRIS with all foreign locations. There will be no further manual monitoring of performance evaluations and OKRs, as well as incorporated payroll and bonuses. Namely benefits from open registration, a conformance training methodology, and performance assessments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

it works for worldwide and multi-office sites; it has file feeds that are compatible with important suppliers; and it has strong compliance tools.

I like how efficient it is to go in and look at your paycheck or benefits. You can submit time off requests as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having the app on my phone to be able to check paystubs

I like everything so far!
