Simple and Easy To Use Whiteboard

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
Mural is used as a collaborative software between agile squads to develop customer journey maps, draft customer-facing communications, and have agile brainstorming sessions and events where everyone can have their say. Mural easily addresses the difficulty of working together as you are equally under a home office regime.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is well suited for virtual collaboration, especially in a situation where you would normally be in a room brainstorming in person. Works great for projects, committees or teams that need to come together to collaborate on an idea, project, process mapping, goal management or just a place to jot down your own personal tasks or sticky notes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Need to have a way to track people's comments: who added what, etc. Gets quite confusing when multiple people add and move things around. Guest users should be given a name of their own. It's great to have guest wall murals, though when it's a client's CEO, it's important to know. Locking and unlocking items is sometimes really confusing. People take an unlocked frame and move it around.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's flexible enough to address any scenario that requires teams to collaborate. It is very easy to adopt and has built-in tools to allow for more sophisticated interaction. Highly recommended.

With Mural, the design process is made easier

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
We have found the Mural to be an excellent online tool for collaborating with various groups within our company. Since Mural's whiteboard is online, accessible, and simple to use, our whole team—developers, BAs, and product owners—can work together to troubleshoot any functionality at any time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Having worked on numerous projects, I can attest to the widespread adoption of Mural inside the firm; I myself utilize the platform to facilitate teamwork and solution design. Whenever a new project or phase of an existing project is initiated, Mural is the first tool used to generate ideas and define goals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This tool is showing its age. The software is outdated and lacks features available in similar but cheaper alternatives. There is room for development in the limited degree to which Mural interacts with other apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Easy client or team collaboration is a breeze with Mural because to its pre-made templates. With its user-friendly pictures and geometric forms, this platform is ideal for quickly developing and showcasing ideas. Even if we're still in the design phase, it can spark new ideas for potential outcomes.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Efficient Service
- Client Friendly Policies
- Continually Improving Product

"An really valuable tool for teamwork"

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
It is simpler to use than other programs, boasts a comprehensive feature-set, and provides a number of helpful tools for visual collaboration. This sets it apart from other programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of MURAL's best features is its collaborative whiteboard where numerous people may leave notes at once. When everyone is contributing ideas to a project at once, like during the brainstorming process, MURAL really shines. The sticky notes may be easily combined into a unified plan after the brainstorming phase is finished. Like a mental map, it depicts our whole cognitive process graphically. Taking notes like this during a meeting is much more effective at helping you retain information than simply listening.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, on my Mac, using the trackpad to zoom in and out or move around the board is a bit of a nuisance, which is one of my few complaints about MURAL. Access to a mouse would make maintaining and adding content much less of a chore. And if you try to access MURAL at the same time as a bunch of other people, things may become a little chaotic, or even freeze up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this program because it is a powerful collaboration tool that can be mistaken for a "virtual whiteboard". But doing any collaborative decision making, doing any kind of design thinking, with remote teams is much better with Mural than any other collaboration tool (webex, teams, etc).
