What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
Mural integrates well with different apps of microsoft and It also allows to integrate with JIRA which makes easier and smooth collaboration between devs and designers
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Application interface is a visual treat to watch ^_^ . I personally like how boring things like flow charts ,information architecture and user journeys can look so aesthetically pleasing. I also want to highlight that being user of other white boarding tools. I hardly took minutes to get started with mural.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Does not allow customisations to be done on templates unlike there competitors like miro
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
Mural is a featured packed software for collaborating as a team. Mural is the only software which can be directly shared to a display/screen located anywhere (display must be connected to the server). The access controls are great. I have used Mural for many mindmapping, brainstorming sessions and always I was amazed with the results. Votings can be done flawlessly. I'd suggest mural as an alternative for all the other whiteboarding softwares in the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Voting, Creating outlines withing outlines, infinite canvas, ease of use, creating rooms, organizing the murals, exporting them as pdf, csv. These are the features, that I like the most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found few bugs while using Mural, where I couldn't add an outline, then I posted a question in the community, then it was fixed within a week of time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd say that this is a go to product for whiteboard users, teams looking for a software to collaborate with each other.
Pros

Mural is a leading real-time digital board

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
I like how MURAL can function similarly to conventional whiteboards and flipcharts. Because of this platform, my team is able to replace some of our regular collaboration tools and work together more effectively, even from a distance, than we ever could with just video conversations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mural's simplicity and the outline function, which helps audience members keep up with the presentation, are its two best features. The large, clear design makes it simple to focus on and show the most relevant details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When compared to competing tools like Miro, I find MURAL's small workspace to be a major drawback. There isn't a lot of room to set up many boards, workspaces, or tabs, which can make your projects feel claustrophobic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural is useful since it facilitates real-time, remote collaboration with my team without requiring me to have in-depth expertise in any technological areas. In other words, the problem of "just another PowerPoint" is being addressed by Mural. In my field of study, the use of slide presentations is becoming antiquated and irrelevant because they do not encourage active engagement from students.
Pros
