What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Really easy to use and train end users on. It's a intuitive product that has a lot of capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Instant Messaging is quite seamless. I can always see if co-workers are available and online.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Better features could be added for large video conferences and events. It's hard to moderate these sorts of events.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is often free when buying other Microsoft products. Might as well give it a try and see if its a fit for your organization!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I am using Microsoft teams from past 5 years in IT company and it is very helpful to build connection with team. We can easily communicate with our colleagues and discuss something related to our work using screen sharing . There are very useful features like audio , video conferencing, sharing any files, also we can track the person by notify when available if person is not available.We can pin any chat. Make a to do note in our own profile option which is new feature of teams.We can also do recording of the meeting which is helpful. Also it is user friendly anyone can use it without prior knowledge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favourite aspect is screensharing with audio and video calls without any distortion.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As of now , all the features are very good and useful and always adding new features to new version. No cons as of now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended to everyone for using teams as it solves many of our problems without any issues. User friendly with lots of features.
