What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The availability of secure document sharing and collaboration sets Teams apart from other sharing softwares.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the whiteboard and task management features of this product, as well as the document collaboration options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Teams is a little hard to implement and get used to on the front end but Microsoft does a great job of offering free training videos to assist in the steep learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the free software training available everywhere.
