What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The ability to share attachments and check the availability of a user in the forms of "Available", BRB, offline etc. is one of the most unique features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Checking the availability of the user so that I know if it is the right time to connect with a user or not.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When sharing screen, I cannot hide the stop sharing button which is irritating and takes half of the space on top.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is professional and trustworthy.

Microsoft teams help us connect with my teammates instantly and help us contribute in the business meetings and work together seamlessly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The chat and file sharing with others is super handy quick and saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While uploading files in teams It does not show how much percentage is completed which should be enhanced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is very easy to use and does not require any prior experience and ultimately maximizing our productivity.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams has got a great integration with all the microsoft products that a company generally would use in its day to day activities. It has become a one stop shop for all documents, sharepoint, web and IM.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can schedule meetings using scheduling assistant in a much easier way that actually booking them through outlook. Its easy and flexible that ways.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I really dislike about this product at the time. It has been adapting to the trends and delighting me always.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization uses Microsoft products, its best to go for this product for communication purposes in the organization. Its got great integration with almost anything and everything within Microsoft apps.
