It is different because it offer all the solution at once in a compact form. When operating a team or class , I don't had to setup any extra software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love using Microsoft team because as a instructor, I had to do so many meetings and had to track classes. It has become easy with Microsoft teams. This is my favourite feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

If we get Ai powered feature in Microsoft Team, that would be more easy for a user like me. I missed this feature at Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please give a try on this tool, you will not regret and you will become a permanent member of it.
