Ability to track changes and version history.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes a file will remained locked for hours even after they have closed it and logged out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can get everyone to move everything to SharePoint it will make your life a lot easier.

Faster in processing speed. No need to import photos form gallery directly import from SharePoint

What differentiates Microsoft SharePoint from other similar products?

Microsoft Sharepoint has enabled our product teams to share files within eachother and also to external parties without any compromise in security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It uses role based access thus the sender of the file can decide on the level of access for the file or also specify the users who can access the file

What do you dislike most about this product?

Searching for documents is not relatively easy as these are present in file format opposed to pages in confluence

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A good to have tool to share documents and files to colloborate with other users and at the same time maintaining the overall confidentiality
