What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The search feature make it easy to find the documents and information you are looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it takes time getting used to editing excel books as over the years i got used to using shortcuts and certain ones don't work

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do you research well and make sure to do the implementation correctly so that your end users isn't affected greatly by the change.

Rich in features and easy to use Very easy to integrate with Microsoft products and other prominent applications Easy to customize as per team’s requirements

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Facitates collaboration with the team It also supports third-party integrations. Easy to locate shared documents on the same server Highly automated Acts as a repository of documents where one can easily find out the required documents

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is indeed an uphill battle to install it as it require lot of technical expertise Costly-affair Challenges in auto-save option Requires way to many permissions

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It works well with MS office however there are still challenges in operating it on Linux There are challenges in storing large documents on SharePoint. Please don’t do that until you have the hardware to power a huge SQL database .Highly stable & flexible backend for MS business suite. It cast my trust vote to it

>Excellent for running an intranet portal. >Business Intelligence. >Can be integrated with automated workflows. >Complete statistics panel that gives you important details of any file. >Microsoft sharepoint greatly improves internal communication.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

>It is safe to share files between co-workers. >Simplified navigation and commands. >I can host document repositories. >It makes it easy to access data from anywhere. >The ability to store files locally and in the cloud. >Various options for organizing documents and sharing them between departments. >Customized groups. >Can be accessed from a mobile phone just like on your laptop.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have to reload items when Sharepoint doesn't sync properly, and that has happened to me a few times. It also takes a while to download documents from the server.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend using the Microsoft Learn modules, it is a valuable resource for getting to know the ins and outs of the software and learning on your own how to use it like a pro.
