What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

SharePoint is accessible to Microsoft 365 users. With it, it is easy to send updates and manage document libraries. They can store, manage and distribute files to users with different access levels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Due to its features, it is ideal for collaboration such as the possibility of creating websites, adding dashboards and integrating notifications. c

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is necessary to note that people cannot publish their SharePoint material to the web using OneDrive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SharePoint to create and update websites, documentation, and web applications. Files can be published directly to your website so people can view or download them.

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Has site templates that helps in creating websites easily and does not cost more moeny to use like other tools evaluated. Works well with the Copilot to design and create content in less time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Interface is very intruitive and does come with clean templates to get inspiration from, the support from the software is very abundant as they do provide support in real-time

What do you dislike most about this product?

Have not seen any technical issue with the tool yet, works well for me to manage documents and sites

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it

What differentiates Microsoft Sharepoint from other similar products?

Any document uploaded on Teams is automatically uploaded to sharepoint including the meeting recordings. The ability to integrate with Copilot 365 is something very well appreciated as well because the documents in sharepoint are well synced with 365 and can be edited on the go.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Handling large amount of documents gets a bit hectic to store when working on a large enterprise, Being able to create department specific portals or Knowledge bases makes the whole process much simple and very efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a bit of time to get used to the User Interface. It can be made a bit more interactive. Also the search features could be enhanced a bit more, It usually takes a lot of time to load a search which at time gets frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Syncing it with teams makes the experience very efficient.
