Powerful Cloud-Native Management for Modern IT Tea

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Intune from other similar products?

Intune isn’t just a device manager—it’s a cloud-based, security-focused tool that works smoothly with the rest of Microsoft’s ecosystem to make managing endpoints easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Intune is how it centralizes device and security management into one platform. I especially value its seamless integration with Azure AD and Microsoft 365, which makes enforcing compliance and access policies straightforward. Features like Autopilot and automated provisioning save a lot of time by reducing manual setup. It also gives me clear visibility into devices and endpoints, which is critical for troubleshooting and security. Overall, Intune makes managing a diverse set of devices simpler, more secure, and more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Intune is that it can feel complex and sometimes unintuitive to manage, especially when policies overlap or conflict. The admin console is spread across different portals (Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Security Center), which can make troubleshooting harder. Performance can also be inconsistent—for example, policy deployment or app pushes may take longer than expected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend starting with a small pilot group of users and devices before rolling it out company-wide. This way, you can test policies, spot issues early, and adjust configurations without disrupting the whole organization.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity
  • Efficient Service
