What differentiates Mediafly from other similar products?

The sales and implementation team were the most engaged out of all the vendors we considered at the time. Follow up was excellent. Communication was top notch. Post implementation, the team was always available to help troubleshoot as we learned and help us get up to speed. The product is also incredibly intuitive, so I didn't personally find that I needed a lot of hand holding to get things done.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The content management. I loved having the single link that stayed the same and let me update the content on the back end once without having to remember everywhere the content has been shared. Adding keywords was easy. We were even able to add fields to help sales know what stage of the sales process each piece of content related to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the time I used it, reporting was occasionally clunky. But I was also not the primary reporting user, so it was not a huge detriment to me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Keep a content inventory on the back end so you know where all your content lives ahead of time, and then if you need to do a mass sharing of content to another site---for instance when I needed to load all our content over to a partner portal---it's SUPER EASY to drop in all your share links.
