What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

Malbek is highly functioning and user friendly. It has tools to guide and assist with processes and workflows that are beneficial to users. The support received from the support team is always efficient and valuable. Everyone on the Malbek team is knowledgeable and friendly. They listen with respect and care and will go above and beyond to resolve any issues. The support team at Malbek is unlike any other CLM support I have experienced where they are somewhat cryptic and unavailable. Malbek goes the extra mile to create relationships that foster a supportive environment and partnership with their customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the functionality of Malbek and the consistency of the workflows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish Malbek had an easier search capability. As of now, when searching by Contract ID, it provides too many results that are not specific to that ID # but more to any numbers that are within the ID.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you know your business needs and work closely with the Malbek team to build the product the way it will fit for your business. They will accommodate and work with their customers to ensure ultimate satisfaction as well as provide ongoing support.

What differentiates Malbek CLM from other similar products?

Every interaction is a 2 way conversation where I can trust I won't be pushed into a cookie cutter solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product reflects that they are listening to what their customers want, not just churning out features to keep up with the competition. They sincerely want to provide an excellent product to their customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would love to see a Slack integration, but that's no different from any other vendor

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's rare to find a vendor who will work side by side with you and really listen to the issues that are important to your business.
