What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

The tool has free integrations with other tools like Salesforce and Shopify where you can easily import customer behavioral data to run and show personalized campaigns basing on customer's interests

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MailChimp has a professional good looking templates for emails that can easily be customized to create good looking emails and on top, there is enough support from the support team whenever we contact them. The pricing of the tool is favorable

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you are dealing with financial services, often the campaigns get blocked and this needs to be improved

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Has the campaign manager feature which allows me to know which campaign got more clicks and more email opens compared to other campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the custom coded and pre-inbuilt email templates that are easy to use with a drag and drop campaign builder making email designing more user friend even when you do not have enough skills to use the solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool is not scalable enough since pricing is based on the number of emails you have, the larger the contact list, the more expensive the tool becomes and I wish they should charge usage per month to favor even smaller businesses

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend mail chimp because it is easy and a professional email marketing tool

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It has got a lot of templates that one can use to create a good looking email marketing campaigns and supports a lot of integrations compared to other email marketing tools on the market

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the schedule rule for email where you can schedule an email campaign to be sent at a desired time hence saving a lot of time and resources, the new integrated AI makes campaigns suggestions and keywords so easy at no extra cost

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing of the software becomes too expensive when your contact list grows since they would price depending on the size of the contact list you have, also some components like HTML codes, and custom code you embed in the email campaign footer do not appear working in the email and yet it would work in the preview of Mailchimp

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Basically I would recommend the tool
