My favorite aspect of mailchimp is the dashboards. They have everything I need and easy to set up.

There are some limitations that I feel should be included in the free plan such as the amount of templates

Many platforms feel too technical, but Mailchimp keeps things simple with a clean design and clear guidance at every step. It also provides valuable analytics that help you understand how people interact with your emails. Another big difference is its all in one approach, combining email campaigns, automation, landing pages, and audience management in one place. The platform also has a huge library of templates that save time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite part of Mailchimp is how neatly it organizes audiences and subscriber information. It lets me group people based on their behaviour, interests, or past interactions, which makes targeting much easier. This helps you send more meaningful emails instead of generic messages. The insights I get about my audience behaviour are simple to understand but still powerful. I also like that it keeps everything in one place contacts, campaigns, forms, and reports. It makes email marketing feel much more structured and efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike is that the pricing can get confusing and expensive as your audience grows. It starts out affordable, but as you add more contacts or need advanced features, the cost increases quickly. This can feel overwhelming for small businesses trying to scale. The platform also hides some useful tools behind higher plans, which makes it harder to fully explore its potential early on.

My recommendation is to start with the free or lower tier plan to understand how the platform fits your needs. It is very beginner friendly, but it helps to explore the editor, automation tools, and audience settings before committing to a bigger plan.
