Quick set up with no coding

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It just doesn't push you to start your first automation, clearly guides you with best practises. good for starters.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Drag and drop designer's UI and usability could be better.

helps from many different aspects. you'll definitely see the lift.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

They have expanded to include website creation and domain hosting. Trying to be the one-stop shop for all things related to direct email marketing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use and manage contacts and campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not sure how to integrate the new features into our campaigns. e.g. I have no idea how to use automations. Would be helpful to have more on demand classes for learning how to use these features. My price increased up $20 per month when our audience reached 10k. Now it is back to 9.2k and we're still being charged the higher amount.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MailChimp is a good value for companies with smaller lists (<5,000). It becomes costly as you add more names.
