It's like to do a CRM without too much work.

What differentiates Kommo from other similar products?
The biggest difference for me is how Kommo is built around conversations, not just records. With tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, I often feel like I’m feeding a big, cold database. Kommo feels more like a real communication center. The integrations with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger are so smooth that after a while you stop thinking of it as a CRM and just use it as part of your daily conversations. It follows the way people actually sell and talk to clients today, which makes the whole process feel far more natural...
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Well... there is plenty of... but I really appreciate the Salesbot. Honestly, being able to build automations without needing to be a programming wizard is incredibly freeing. I can set up a flow where the bot qualifies the lead, schedules a meeting, and moves the contact to the right stage in the pipeline while I’m grabbing a coffee. It takes away that heavy “manual work” feeling and lets me focus on what actually matters: strategy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing that I went trouble with it and think it must be reworked is the advanced reporting... it could be more robust. If you’re someone who loves ultra-detailed spreadsheets and heavy native BI, Kommo covers the basics really well, but sometimes I miss being able to cross deeper data without exporting anything. Another point is that, because it’s so focused on messaging, teams with a sales process that’s 100% email-based might feel like some features are more than they actually need.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone is considering choosing Kommo, don’t try to force the old sales process into it. The real key to success is embracing the “Conversational Sales” mindset. Before importing a thousand contacts, design the pipeline around how you actually talk to your customers every day... and, well, don’t cut corners on integrations. Connect WhatsApp from day one... I delayed my whatsapp connection and regret it... That’s where the magic really happens. If you’re only going to use it to manually fill in names and phone numbers, you’re basically driving a Ferrari in city traffic.

A practical and reliable CRM for daily sales work
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Kommo from other similar products?
strong focus on communication. Having messaging channels directly connected to leads and deals makes it easier to follow conversations, respond faster, and keep context without switching between multiple tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
how it centralizes communication. Being able to see all conversations linked to leads and deals makes follow-ups easier and helps avoid losing important context.
What do you dislike most about this product?
is the learning curve for some features, especially when setting up automations for the first time. It's hard to teach people certain features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend taking some time to explore the platform and set it up properly from the start. Kommo works best if you focus on communication and lead tracking, so understanding your workflow first makes a big difference. It’s also worth testing features gradually instead of trying to use everything at once. It's good to discover them as the demand arises, because there are many resources, and some we don't use.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Trustworthy
- Saves Time
Cons
- Vendor's Interest First
- Less Efficient Service
- Less Effective Service

Powerful messenger CRM with a learning curve
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Kommo from other similar products?
Most CRMs feel like they were built for email-heavy markets. Kommo actually understands that in Brazil and Latin America, sales happen through WhatsApp and Instagram DMs. The native messenger integrations aren't an afterthought - they're the core of the product. That's a huge difference from trying to force Salesforce or HubSpot into a conversational workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The unified inbox. Having WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram conversations all feeding into one pipeline view means nothing falls through the cracks. I can see the full context of a lead without jumping between apps. The Salesbot automations are also surprisingly flexible once you get the hang of them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting dashboard feels limited. For serious analysis, I end up exporting everything to spreadsheets. Also, some integrations that should be native require Zapier or Make, which adds friction and cost. The UI can feel cluttered when you have multiple pipelines running.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest time upfront setting up your automations properly - it pays off fast. Start with one pipeline before scaling. And if your sales process relies heavily on WhatsApp, this is probably your best option in the market right now. Just budget for the learning curve in the first two weeks.
