What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?
A robust solution for ransomware training for all end users.The software is very effective in educating staff on the risks of malware, ransomware and Spyware. The software cab be fully integrated to fit into our existing systems. I love the amazing videos, quizzes and assignments that are used in training. They make training very lively and engaging.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can raise security awareness a notch higher with KnowBe4. I adore the training modules because they are very short and sweet to watch. One can customize training modules to cater for specific individuals and departments in an organization. It provides rich content on security awareness.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I love everything in KnowBe4. It has very robust features that encourage learning. The software tends to break large chunks of content into smaller and manageable ones that are easily digestible. Training in knowBe4 is simplified to ensure that they can be understood by anybody in the organization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great recommendations. I am rooting for KnowBe4 because it helps to create a culture of peace in terms of security. Training library is always rich in fresh content. It provides a single platform to manage training, phishing and reporting.

It's the best and largest integrated platform for security awareness training combined with simulated phishing attacks. It's very excellent in testing your user and your network with the provided free security tools which help you to identify the problems of social engineering, spear phishing and ransomware attacks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's the best i and effective in providing you with a comprehensive new school approach that integrates baseline testing using mock attacks, engaging interactive web based training and continuous assessment through simulated phishing attacks to build a more resilient and secure organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's great in providing base line testing to access the phish prone percentage of your users through a simulated phishing attacks. It's the best. No dislikes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's cyber security awareness training content includes interactive modules, videos, games, posters and newsletters that are automated with email reminders. It's functionality help you identify risk at the user, group and organizational level and enables you to make data driven decisions when it comes to your security awareness plan
