We are currently using it to detect vulnerabilities in our systems including weak passwords or misconfigured email filters, which can be addressed and improved.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

KnowBe4's Phishing Security Test uses realistic simulated phishing emails that closely mimic real-world attacks, providing a true assessment of employee susceptibility.It also provides detailed reporting on employee responses, including who clicked on simulated phishing links.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It only evaluates employee susceptibility to phishing attacks and does not provide a comprehensive assessment of an organization's security posture.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

KnowBe4 Phishing Security Test is well suited for identifying and mitigating the risk of phishing attacks.
