What differentiates KnowBe4 HRM+ Platform from other similar products?

KnowBe4 PST really stands out for the fact that the phishing email templates are very realistic. We also had the results for the PST within minutes, as compared to other 3rd party cybersecurity providers, who would take hour or even days before providing a consolidated report,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Firstly, the ability to choose from the different scenarios and templates before sending the trapped email gives a larger scope and personalization to the phishing security test campaign. Secondly, the ability to import multiple email addresses at once, with just a copy-paste action is really great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While KnowBe4 is one of the industry references, this PST does not take into account the most advanced phishing attacks by email, who uses DKIM, SPF and other doppelganger strategies and verifications to their advantages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The email PST by KnowBe4 definitely helps in meeting compliance requirements when it comes to IT security. They are not only the best, they provide the best security awareness trainings and workshops with the legendary Kevin Mitnick. So I absolutely recommend if you want to know the phishing-prone score of your emails users and improve the IT security of your business.
