Many add ons and better material cost more.

What differentiates KnowBe4 HRM+ Platform from other similar products?

It comes with AI driven personalization and its frequently updated library makes it unique and fit for simulation training. Users are able to know their individual risks and how to avoid them to keep safe.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the platform in place, we have reduced phishing risks by upto 50% as the tool tackles the human element when it comes to cyber security. I like the advanced analytics and reporting features of this platform and it makes it possible to track user activities thus identifying high risks groups and mapping them for monitoring.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes we suffer repetitive and generic training content which isn't helpful. In addition, false positives are also a nuisance

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For business looking forward to phishing simulation, I recommend this platform as it's automated and very helpful for users to identify individual risks and stay away from behaviours that would keep them susceptible to phishing activities

The user interface can be somewhat overwhelming for new users. Some advanced features require more expensive subscription plans.
