What differentiates Keyhole from other similar products?

One more feature that I could wish to be added is more integration between the email marketing tools. The ability to build custom audiences based on the Keyhole data and directly launch them to such platforms as Mailchimp or Sendinblue to conduct a target campaign would be great. This would be a very efficient manner of a loop of analysis and action.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ever since I began using Keyhole, I have learned that it is easy to navigate the site. It has a tremendously intuitive interface, and the layperson is not an expert in data analysis. The most important feature that I like the most is the real-time tracking option. It enables me to track campaigns, events, and hashtags in real time. It is like a radar that indicates you what is taking place at this moment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Frankly speaking, there is not much that I dislike but I would have to add the price of the higher-rate functionality. I realize that high quality tools cost a bit, however, when it comes to a small business it is sometimes hard to encourage the entire investment. The bare features however are already incredibly powerful, and offer you enormous value of money.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I rate Keyhole as it is a tool that really does what it promises. It is strong and at the same time it is reachable, a combination that is very hard to locate. Need a Social Media strategy to figure out and streamline without making your life complicated, then this software is the answer. It is an investment that will turn into time, knowledge and improved results of your campaigns.

What differentiates Keyhole from other similar products?

A great tool for us to monitor our brand performance across the internet. The tool is accurate and can sense what people are talking about us and the sentiments around our product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Generates beautiful reports with just one click this helps me with client presentations, tracking all our major hashtag campaigns, comparing our performance to that of our competitors

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sentiment tagging is a bit hit-or-miss

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Saves us hours every week, presentations to executives and clients, very easy to digest, we can’t customize them enough for different client needs, don’t always match up with what’s on native platforms, interactive or live dashboards instead of just static PDFs or exports
