What differentiates Kaseya VSA from other similar products?

When I joined the team, device management was fragmented. Cloud VMs here. Edge appliances there. Client servers everywhere. What stood out was how VSA unified that sprawl into something operable

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Patch orchestration became my daily companion. We used it to manage OS updates across hundreds of cloud workloads and dozens of remote edge nodes. Scripted remediation changed how we handled alerts

What do you dislike most about this product?

UI responsiveness dipped under heavy data loads

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Kaseya VSA fits MSPs who truly manage infrastructure. Not just endpoints. It pays off when you invest in scripting and standardization. Without that, it becomes a noisy dashboard
