What is your favorite aspect of this product?

JumoCloud is an Extensible Platform. It allows third-party applications and services to integrate with it, thereby enhancing its flexibility and adaptability to meet specific organizational needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The difficulty in setting up a service account on Mac devices when setting up MFA
