What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
It's a one-stop shop for your convenience. Features like as human resource management (HRIS), payroll, benefits, appraisals, and timekeeping are all built right in. If you have any questions, iSolved University's customer care is there to help.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Payroll processing for our company with isolved is a breeze. The user interface is well-designed and simple to navigate, and if any help is required, the service team is excellent. Just today, I needed to get in touch with customer service, and I must say that my interaction with them was fantastic.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Many operations, components, and data for iSolved are performed, constructed, and maintained behind the scenes. In my role as an end-user inside our company, I don't always have a clear picture of how various back-end settings may influence the system's performance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We are a young company at the cusp of expanding our operations and developing better-managed procedures. We are able to do this with the help of ISolved, a solution that centralizes data and improves workflow.
