Without a doubt, the customer service. If you assigned rep is not available when you call in, you have access to other team members for assistance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Certain features cannot be tailored for our use. Such as the "notes" section.

This product has been cost saving to our organization as iSolved keeps processes up to date with regulatory changes.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I think the layout is easy to look at and has different ways for you to search in the menus. It is user friendly and always making updates. I LOVE that I can use isolved university to train and learn more about the system.
