What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
The software is end user friendly. It's also a software that you can depend on for updates with state and federal regulations which could possibly affect your organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer service from the team is amazing and the product itself serves our organization really well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not have any current dislikes for this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that they have the Isolved sales team come out and walk through what the system has to offer. This way they can see if it's a great fit.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
iSolved has done some recent updates in an effort to improve the client and employee experience and make it more user friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Some of the new features have been helpful for managing the day to day. The reports feature is great too!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The onboarding process is lacking. It is very difficult to know where an employee is in the process of onboarding.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you understand the onboarding side of the product. It gets frustrating when someone is hung up in onboarding and you cannot walk them through the process.
