Great product, bit pricey but gets the job done

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
What kept us with isolve is the competition didn’t have some features and was cheaper and had promising features we desired BUT they dropped the ball in communication so we stayed with isolve.

Time and attendance and it doesn’t integrate with our software

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
The customer support is great. And the training that is provided makes training a lot easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Isolved has helped our organization step forward into times. It has made payroll a shorter process as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There has been a few times when there was glitches or the system was down. But it was fixed immediately after contacting Isolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't hesitate. The product is always growing and new features being added. Grow with the product.
