What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
The support and training that is available.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like being able to use the university to learn more about the features available. We utilize this product every day and it has made a huge difference in our organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike not having an individual assigned to our account. In the beginning we did have a team assigned to our account and knew our organizations needs. They changed that and now when we have questions or need something we don't get the same people helping.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely look into it and give them a chance. The product is dependable and has great features.
