What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Aesthetically, I enjoy the color scheme and the service is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. However, technically it needs an upgrade, especially with the reporting and data-at-a-glance features. Companies rely heavily on having the data at their fingertips and iSolved needs to catch up here. It could also be more intuitive and user friendly. I'm looking for more connections to be made so I'm not backing in and out of screens constantly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer service is amazing and incredibly willing to help!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting feature is cumbersome and dabase-like. I really wish it were easier to find information quickly, with as few clicks as possible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend what I always recommend; look at a minimum of three vendors, demos and presentations before making a decision. Check references and do your research.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
iSolved holds a lot of capabilities in one company. Which is harder to steer away from. I wish their customer service and usability was better.

Ease of all in one place product.

The customer service, usability, and price.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Better, easier, and more knowledgeable customer service reps. Better pricing. More user friendly.
