What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
They have more features than other products on the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the usability of this product. It is quite user friendly and has resulted in an increased employee engagement with buy-in and participation from our staff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features that are not used seem pretty basic and obvious that they should be developed already when they are not.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask deep questions about EDI feeds, how each one works and is billed. We were duped into thinking that we needed fewer license feeds than we actually do resulting in delayed implementation of EDI feeds.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I can simply access work-related data like my job role and term of employment. As a result, ISolved is much more than simply a payroll solution; it is a full HR solution for a business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ISolved was my very first interaction with an organized payroll software. This is not just simple to login and logout of ISolved, although it is simple to access my personal details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one item I had trouble with it was it just not user-friendly was introducing a "missed-punch" feature. It just never functioned for me, also there was no mechanism to inform a management to assist remedy a missing punch via ISolved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ISolved is a great place to start when developing a payroll process. Just try to make sure to provide demonstrations ahead of time. It's convenient to get everything below one roof. Whenever we need assistance, the customer support staff is always available and eager to assist us!
