Not sure - this is the only CLM I have used consistently

What differentiates Ironclad CLM from other similar products?

Ironclad is the most customizable, out-of-the-box option on the market. The software is extremely valuable, but the Ironclad Community is priceless. They've created a space for Ironclad users to connect and share ideas unlike any other software company. Additionally, they truly listen to their customers and implement our suggestions/ideas as they are able. They roll out new product features on a frequent basis and are always looking for what is new and next.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As mentioned above - the Ironclad Community is priceless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ironclad does have a few pain points, but they are aware of them and don't shy away from discussing them. For example, the editing function in Word needs to be improved and is something they are currently working on. Another improvement that would make a huge difference for us would be the Form capturing any changes when a new version of the document is uploaded (it currently is allows for only one-way communication - the Form can update new versions of an uploaded document).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Join the Ironclad Community! There are so many smart, amazing Ironclad users that are more than willing to talk shop, bounce ideas off of, or troubleshoot issues.
