I enjoy the reporting feature as well as the iForm builder.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limitations of the Offer module in regard to the formatting of documentation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To understand the current recruitment process so that customization of ICIMS to support the process can occur early on.

What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?

The ability to save and retrieve information on active and passive candidates is what sets it apart from other systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From my perspective, the user interface is relatively user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. There is no doubt that the applicant tracking systems are up to par with the industry standard; nevertheless, there is no doubt that they might benefit from certain enhancements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For many years, the help desk has been a source of frustration. There are instances when they are quite attentive, but other times, it takes them many days to respond to my inquiries, which frequently results in a pre-written piece that has nothing to do with my inquiry. The process of simply jumping on a call to talk about a problem is not easy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for an applicant tracking system, I strongly suggest it. It is essential to examine your organization's distinctiveness while considering any software. Make sure the system can meet or surpass your expectations, and write them down. Implement iCIMS slowly, keeping your process in mind, when you've decided it's the best option. Set up the finer points. Prepare for the following six months and a year by considering your needs. You will benefit greatly in the long run from investing the time now.

What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?

I think one of the things that makes iCims unique is the high amount of different features that it has that makes your work more easier,, It has a very friendly interface and can be sort of intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The application system is very friendly and easy to use and also like that you can adapt other features to your needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think something that iCims has is that due the high amount of features the curve to learn all the things that you can do with this software is bigger than other ATS.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend iCims to people that are going to be handling very high amount of candidates, if that's the case this ATS is for you, if not try another one more simpler.
