Document management is simplified with regular use of ICIMS. This program has been invaluable in keeping track of my interviews, applications, and thoughts. The reporting and other features of ICIMS set it apart from other similar products, and allow my team to track our progress toward our objectives in a way that no other product does.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
iCIMS is compatible with desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets. Additionally, it classifies applicants in a speedy manner for job reasons. Because everything can be done in real time, the plan does not need being synchronized over the course of a single night.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Many executives are unable to manage the papers since iCIMS makes it tough to adjust their choices about the kind of paper used. In addition to this, iCIMS should place an emphasis on collaborating with other vendors to simplify operations.

The iCIMS Talent Acquisition Platform offers data on recruiting that is current and up to date. It is simple to search for and store potential applicants. Because small enterprises will only use the program's fundamental components, it is possible that the expenses cannot be justified. Using ICIMS everyday makes it easy to monitor all the documents. This software helps me track interview dates, resumes, and notes. ICIMS is unique in the market since it enables my team to measure our progress toward goals through reporting and other capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
iCIMS works on a computer, phone, or tablet. It also quickly classifies candidates for employment purposes. Because everything can be done in real time, the scheme doesn't need to be synchronized overnight.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because iCIMS makes it difficult to change paper preferences, many executives can't handle the documents. iCIMS should also emphasize working with other suppliers to streamline workflows.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
iCIMS Talent Acquisition Platform provides real-time hiring data. It's easy to find and save candidates. Small businesses will only utilize the program's basics, therefore the costs may not be justified. Problems may prevent you from contacting customer service.
