What differentiates IBM Sterling CPQ from other similar products?
IBM Sterling CPQ is encrypted by ssl certificate, it's ISO certified and doesn't store sensitive customer information like billing details unlike other CPQ tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have used IBM Sterling CPQ for two years from Movement Mortgage till now at Movement Bank. I like that IBM Sterling CPQ connects our sales representative with clients where we simplify selling process by sending them price lists, offering discounts and coupons.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, IBM Sterling CPQ lacks on-premise applications, but with cloud solution we get everything we need.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To land more sales deals, I would recommend other prospective business users to deploy IBM Sterling CPQ as soon as possible. That way, they will be equipped with all capabilities that will simplify selling procedures in real-time.
