not much of a difference , similar capabilities can be obtained using ERP

What differentiates IBM Maximo IT from other similar products?

I have implemented IBM maximo for Asset Management to manage asset of new airport construction. IBM maximo has standard Out of box asset management features which provide ease to use.Maximo include all functionalities which requires to manage capital project asset. It has also out of box integration with ERP application

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asset Management and quick enable out of box features which are ready to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is right products to manage the asset management but at when project is in execution phase it has minimum feature which required to other applications like Unifier cost control

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IBM maximo best practices and out of box features for Asset Management. Currently Maximo is leading in market to provide this functionalities which other software does not have. Customer which is having many assets and facing challenges to manage, it is right application to use.
