What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of HubSpot is how everything connects from emails to forms to deals, and customer details all sync automatically. It saves time and makes managing client relationships much easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sincerely this is like a love/hate relationship because on one hand I love the fact that there are so many tools to use but then it might take a while to integrate new comers into the system AND IT ALSO TAKES A WHILE TO LEARN HOW TO USE THOSE TOOLS TOGETHER

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want an organized way to manage leads, track communication, and automate workflows then they should use HubSpot and also it’s especially useful for teams that want to align marketing and sales without juggling multiple apps.
