What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

I've yet to use anything quite like HubSpot so am not well-versed on their main competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whether direct, organic or paid - the way HubSpot allows us to manage and ultimately convert prospects has been impressive. Tremendous level of easily-reviewable detail when it comes to account history, and the features allowing for clear ownership by individual team members especially.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As Director of Search I don't go as deep as often as many of my colleagues. For my marketing and SEO-specific purposes it's been good to great, and I haven't heard any negative feedback from others.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If I had to answer, it would be "make sure HubSpot isn't more than you need". I'd also stress the diversity of management and analytics capabilities - plus the way the platform ties everything together into a one-stop-shop. Very easy integration with external tools (i.e. paid ad accounts) is one of my personal favorite advantages.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

It is so much easier and way more functional than any other product out there. Features and functionality dwarf other applications like mail chimp and the automation saves time and frustration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow automation is a cinch

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be buggy, and support takes forever if you don’t have a dedicated contact

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you can justify the cost. It’s expensive, and it will take 6-8 months to pay for itself
