What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

It was the first and they are the ones with the most trainings avaible to the public. They have a vested interest in you being able to use the product to its fullest capablities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its training and the onboarding process. It takes a lot of the guess work out and instead gives users peace of mind when using the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price. You will pay for every single feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest making sure you cant accomplish the same amount of work with a smaller platform. A SMB will not necessarily need or even be able to use this full platform.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

We have used HubSpot for years and one of the things I saw that was different is the educational part. HubSpot offers a ton of useful information, templates, online classes, etc. that help you as a marketing specialist or sales professional or you're generally looking for help in this area. This educational part is what makes HubSpot stand out for me personally (and I know many other people who think the same.)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its comprehensiveness. I like that I don't need a whole lot of different tools for various little tasks - it's all available in HubSpot, whether it's a chatbot, email marketing, landing pages, CRM with great integrations, integration with Gmail, etc. This helps to ensure that all data is collected and stored properly to be used whenever we need it and however we need it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing is probably the least favorite thing because the companies I work for are quite small and therefore not all the features that we'd love to have we can easily afford. Also, at the very beginning, the CRM isn't really limited and then after a certain level, it becomes limited by the number of contacts. It's understandable from the point of view of the business, but for clients like my company, that's not always feasible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start using HubSpot and you'll realize you don't need anything else.

What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub from other similar products?

Lots of features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it's super easy to use, also very intuitive. You don't have to be an expert in programming to be able to use it. It has metrics for everything, and you can track pretty much everything

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some limitations in the starter and pro versions when it comes to building out customized workflows. But once you get enterprise, you are able to do it all for the most part.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its an easy to use tracking enabled tool for marketing.
