What truly sets HubSpot Live Chat apart is its ability to integrate seamlessly with our existing CRM and marketing tools, creating a unified platform where every conversation, no matter how brief, is tracked and followed up on effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the ability to route conversations to the right team member based on the visitor’s profile and behavior. For instance, if a visitor has already interacted with our educational content or attended a webinar, the chat can automatically be directed to someone who’s knowledgeable about that specific area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The chat interface, while generally intuitive, can occasionally feel a bit clunky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hubspot Live Chat has allowed us to provide immediate support and information to healthcare professionals, fostering stronger relationships and ensuring that our products are understood and used correctly.
