What do you dislike most about this product?

Finding the right sessions takes time when traffic is high.

What differentiates Hotjar from other similar products?

Previously, I couldn't understand where visitors went after leaving my website. After watching Hotjar's recordings, I realized they were getting stuck or bored on certain sections. This helped me improve both the content and navigation.
