What differentiates Heap from other similar products?

Require pre setting events every user action is recorded automatically. It provides the freedom to analyze the sales funnel from new perspectives even after the fact which is difficult with other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Several times i analyzed old campaigns and found the data already available which allowed for quicker decision making.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some sales specific metrics require additional setup to be explained.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is now easier to understand which path leads to a deal and where improvements are needed.

no need to rush to add tracking after a feature launch and the data is already available.

Specific business events with high precision feels somewhat limited compared to other tools.
