What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

Access to all candidate profiles in just one click in a centralized talent pool. Sending automated messages about hiring status to our candidates to keep them updated. Provides insights into the performance of our hiring process with the help of Greenhouse dashboard and reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One-click posting to 20+ job boards. Automated Tasks and Actions stages. I can create custom fields and activate customised notifications ob change of status.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform has a lot of functionality but there is need for better training to really show how to use these features. Basically some of the support emails contain irrelevant knowledge base articles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paylocity eliminates manual processes, making payroll run smoothly and empowers employees to view and manage their information using the self-service portal. It is a system you can rely on for faster, more accurate employee time reporting and payroll processing.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

Greenhouse has a fresh interface, very easy to use and integrate and the functionality is quite reliable. I like the minimalistic outlook of the platform but gets the job done efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite thing is the design interface and social network integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it works really well most of the times, but there are frequent bugs and many of the features provided by other competitors to make it a full service suite, are not available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Would recommend it for its simplicity, design interface and contineously improving features.

Greenhouse Recruiting has transparency, as it is online set, and all the stakeholders observe every step. Also, Greenhouse Recruiting has simplified the process of looking for possible employees all over, as through single update, candidates apply. Finally, Greenhouse Recruiting has been a promoter of diversity, as it accommodates people globally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Greenhouse Recruiting took huge system space hence, apparently, a big processor is required. Also,Greenhouse Recruiting has some weight, which makes it load when been executed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Greenhouse Recruiting facilitates the employee search process, and comes in handy to find the best fit.. Also, Greenhouse Recruiting goes beyond papers, as it evaluates the creative nature of the possibile employee.
