What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

I can look at a LinkedIn or PNet profile and literally right-click on it and pass that candidate into my database almost completely. There is a portal for clients and candidates and I can customize it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can upload zip files containing thousands of CV's, or import data from csv files or backups and passes them and puts them in the database. I don't think there are any limits in terms of scalability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no invoicing. It is missing the the functionality for setting the placement and start date. It is bot as simple as some of the competitor, but it us far more able and does more than what any of the competitors currently do.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advise others to try and keep it as standard as possible. Try to make as few customizations as possible. It is by far the most reasonable for what you're getting.

What differentiates Greenhouse Recruiting from other similar products?

Delivering rejection emails using custom templates with reasons to maintain transparency and ensure every candidate is treated with respect. Integrates with video-conferencing tools such as Zoom to make scheduling virtual meetings a hassle-free task and deliver a seamless user experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It serves as a collaboration tool thag enables the HR team to share interview notes and rate the candidate. Scorecards make the interview process structured and coherent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should have mire features to pull data to generate advanced reports and provide ways to search candidates by location.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Greenhouse Recruiting is a software platform that will provide you with objective data to shed light on your recruiting effectiveness. The HR department can leverage Greenhouse to optimize their recruiting and tackle their challenges head on.

Customized reporting should be more user-friendly. It can be expensive to organizations where recruitment isn't done at a high volume.
