What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

We can make large groups of projects in real time thanks to the best audio and video quality we have for our customer calls, video conferencing and large groups of projects. GoToMeeting also offers people who do not have a registered user an ID address so that with just one click they can view the conference as a guest so that no one misses out on the information of that group.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With GoToMeeting we have been able to increase productivity at the project level thanks to its simple and fast tools! It helped us a lot to exchange material on the screen so we could eliminate the need to send emails with attachments to team members. And it wastes a lot of time, thanks to the fact that it is compatible with all software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The video calls have a problem when microphones are activated by mistake by users and the background noise affects the audio quality so it does not allow others to hear the conference correctly so it would be good a better development of its mobile application to avoid these interludes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GoToMeeting allows a fast audio and video platform with good quality at the time of the GoToMeeting conference. Our customers ask us for a meeting in relation to a project, topics to discuss, projects that we are developing because of the confidence they generate in us. Which responds to the problem of distance and time, we have increased videoconferencing, and we need to attend them to manage project teams and exchange information.

No matter where project participant is, GoToMeeting makes it real participation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

24/7.30.12. Working as well as consultation. Remote working. Accessible anywhere at anytime with almost every gadget.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't complain at all.

This is second you in your business regardless where you are.

What differentiates GoTo Meeting from other similar products?

Our marketing and sales expansion group uses GoToMeeting extensively. I have scheduled numerous presentations and calls with potential customers. Due to my marketing efforts, I am now regularly participating in Webinars with present clients and business associates. We have had a big number of sessions where we have introduced new products to our audience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToMeeting works great for our larger-attendance webinars since it has a simple plug-in that allows everyone to start the webinar and join it in a matter of seconds with minimal effort. GoToMeeting isn't the best option when sensitive customer documents need to be shared with the HR department or the finance team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If GoToMeeting wants to make Chatbot better, it could implement a window for internal stakeholders to communicate. The video-sharing feature of Goto Meeting could use better audio. The administrative controls of GoToMeeting are very flexible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

GoToMeeting is a fantastic piece of software that consistently meets or exceeds my expectations in all areas: the service it provides, the features it offers (which are both numerous and highly customizable), the ease with which I can initiate and participate in online meetings, the security of said meetings, and the ability to do all of these things in real time and face-to-face via a seamless video connection.
