What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Addition of phone number option for each meeting easier for us to deploy Google Meet in the organization rather than any other software. The screen-share feature is better than any other software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screenshare Feature other features including sharing files are also very easy Video Quality is clear and also the ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Noise cancellation could be improved. Private chat should be made available

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I will firmly suggest a Google Meet if you want to connect all the members online. The user interface of Google Meet is extremely straightforward anyone can join with few clicks. We can create future meetings and invite people to notify them about a meeting.

the ability to add phone numbers during a meeting.

Can't figure out the recording meeting feature still.

What differentiates Google Meet from other similar products?

Google Meet is not only a tool for video conferencing, it is part of an ecosystem that integrates the other applications of the Workspace Suite which provides the breadth of functions that allow work from the community of any device connected to the Internet which previously were performed physically in offices, its portfolio allows parallel in the video conference to do tasks such as writing files, share graphics, real-time editing of the same, share ideas on the whiteboard; this makes it different from the others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Within the utility that we give to the product in our company we have the trainings or formations in the different adjustments that are made within the company and more specifically in the current business unit, sometimes when inviting foreign personnel is of great help the closed caption function which is perceived to execute its function very well and allows the members to achieve the understanding of the message provided by the guests at the conference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be very appropriate to be able to hide or adjust the size of the shared screen or in some cases when the conference has many participants to reduce a little the size of the space for the chat, it is perceived an inadequate and uncomfortable distribution to the visualization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Meet is an impressive tool that provides a lot of useful communication in the current era, it provides the facility to create conferences and distribute the connection link by its integration with Google Calendar which delivers notifications to the recipients who in turn access directly through the link shown, this is versatility and is what is currently sought, a reliable, efficient and versatile tool.
