It further allows the recording of webinars. Its features are pretty easy to use. There are multiple control options for the users. The option of screen sharing is available which improves the connectivity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The number of participants is limited. To have a better-quality video requires a higher bandwidth which is not possible in every situation. The interface is not that simple and is unattractive for a common user. Video lags at times, which in turn impacts the video quality.

It allows video conferencing with a diverse range of options for the users. This platform is ideal for meetings of large and small numbers of participants.

The things that differentiates Google meet from other similar products in the market is the ease of access. Today, almost every individual has a Gmail account which then enables them to use Google meet. I think this is the most convenient way because you don't need to create an account separately unlike the other video/audio conferencing products. Another great thing is the live transcription that allows people from different linguistic backgrounds to communicate easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is definitely the affordability! I have been using Google Meet since I was a student, and this being a free product helped me a lot. This will also be beneficial for small organizations and student groups that are on a strict budget. Another feature I like is the option to record the meetings to be viewed at a later point of time. The recording gets saved automatically on the Google Drive, which is yet another product in the Google Suite, So basically, the user does not need to use other third party products, since almost all their requirements get satisfies with the Google Suite.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One things about the Basic version is the time limit. The users working with the basic version, have a time limit of one hour, which might not be sufficient during times when the group wants to have more than an hour long meeting. Other than this, it is a really great product, especially taking into consideration the fact that it is absolutely free!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Meet is a great product. If you are on a tight budget, I would definitely recommend to go for the basic free version, since it will not cause a strain on your budget while giving you some great features without much hassle. Since it is super easy to use, users do not require any kind of extensive training on the product. If you are a big organization, you can try out the higher versions to get a wider array of features.
