What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

For everything from lunch orders to hardware requests we use this. we find that out of everything available to us, it is the best since everyone already has a google account, and you're able easily manage permissions. the difference is the integration. which is a lot better than emailing && tracking replies in a thread. it puts everything in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I absolutely love the option to add collaborators with "view only" for the results. it allows managers to visualise the data without accidentally destroying them form. you can easily set up the dropdown menus and data will remain consistent. i also like the auto-complete (where it makes sense) in some of the fields, which is a nice feature that gives it a bit more smarts than just an old html form.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The form isn't yet complete with a couple of advanced logic features that are not present (ability to do number calculations within the visible part.) you'll need to perform that in the spreadsheet afterwards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are already on google workspace, this is no-brainer. it just fixes so many little admin things, for free.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

It's better than survey monkey to me because i don't get hit with a paywall after the first 10 responses. the only difference is that google forms is actually free. it is the greatest just because it respects the user's time. the interface is that which all users will be accustomed to using when we have an operating system for n years, no learning on the part of respondents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I also have a preference for the short answer and paragraph options as the text boxes are dynamic. conditionnal annoncement where you can jump to a part based on what the respondent tells is also very practical in more advanced research. i've used it on academic surveys and it worked like a dream. plus, the security is top-notch as it is supported by google’s infrastructure.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customisation is really limited and basic. you don't really get the ability to change the fonts much or space your elements out in some of them, things may wind up looking cramped.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re making a high-volume survey and want something that won’t charge you on a per response basis, this is probably your best bet. it is dependable and extremely durable.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

Google Form maintains simplicity, fast setup and tight integration with Google Sheets and Google Drive. It allows instant data collection and real tine response viewing without needing additional tools ot software installation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how quickly forms can be created and responses are automatically organized in Google Sheets. This saved time and removes the need for manual data entry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization and advanced logic options are limited. Overall good

Go for it..Google Form is highly reccomended for students,teachers,teams and bussiness that need a simple, low cost solution for surveys, feedbacks, and registrations.
