What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

The ability to collaborate with other users while creating forms , track changes made to created survey forms and even add comments to survey forms , is what I believe gives Google Forms an edge over close substitutes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Google Forms is free . This for me, is the ultimate reason why Forms is adopted by a lot of users. Another thing I love about Google Forms is that it is widely used. The fact it is widely used ensures that a lot of my survey respondents already have previous experience responding to surveys created with Google Forms. Thereby leading to improved responses to my surveys and faster survey form completion time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no provision for integrating this software with non-Google software programs. This creates limitations if there is a need to send survey data to other tools such as CRM's ( Customer relationship management systems ).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As far as free - to - use survey forms goes, Google Forms is the best.

What differentiates Google Forms from other similar products?

I have used both Microsoft Forms and Google Forms. I prefer Google Forms because it offers multiple-question formats, such as multiple-choice and various other types of questionnaires, unlike Microsoft Forms

No pop up form feature avaliable

Google Forms are one of the best if you are doing data validation and surveys, they have sections to organize and apply condition logic.
